PRICE CHECK: 34m SP focused widow/recon pilot in training - cloaking V, JDC V, max falcon, blops IV

i've been training this toon for a while in prep for sale. interested in getting a price check on what they're worth as you don't see many specialized blops toons on the market. i'm currently working on missile skills - i'll have torps V, advanced weapons upgrades IV, and missile supports to IV before a sale, i think. cruise should be at IV as well. if i don't have a sale at that point i'll start working on tengu subs and heavy missile specs then.

highlights include:
-great electronics - cloaking V, e-war V, freq mod V, and signal dispersion V
-good ship skills - ASC V, cal BS/cruiser/frig V, anshar/obelisk capable, recon V
-cap skils at LV
-covert cyno capable, of course
-excellent nav - evasive maneuvering, high speed maneuvering, JDC, JFC, JDO, navigation, and warp drive op all at V (JDC V for max blops and jf range!)
-decent scanning skills including astrometrics V
-great shield buffer

he is an excellent alt. i've used him as the pig (training torps V now) in blops fleets as well as a JF/freighter alt because of the excellent nav skills. his skill as a falcon has worked out well on more than one occasion.

i was hoping to get a decent amount for him. what's the going rate for toons like this?
