Corp BM's and cloakys able to BM things on grid that theyre no where near (wrecks, cans etc..) creates an overpowered form of being able to gank people ratting/plexing in systems after afk cloakys log off and the system appears to be safe.

if this isnt rectified expect people to be ganked much faster much more often when plexing, almost totally out of the blue!

No afk cloaky required for the warp in anymore and afk cloakies logging off in system will not mean safety anymore for plexers.
