I was kinda annoying about CCP giving out the Ishukone Scorpion, secretly to people they felt was going something good for the game. I think it was the secrecy that annoyed me, why are we not allowed to know who CCP supports in-game? It breaks every law in the sandbox, god is rewarding the faithful, which also annoys me a little.

I guess this is how it's going to be from now on, every now and then god is going to reward one of his faithful, for doing the lords work. I can live with that, most of the people receiving the reward, are probably filthy rich anyways and over time the value of the ship is going to drop. The first to receive it has gotten a very valuable item, but once the price is lowered to a more reasonable level, i really can't see there is anything wrong with CCP giving players a reward for spending a lot of time making content and such which benefit all of eve.

I can't say i never used SomerBlink, i buy GTC from them every few months and gamble away the bonus isk i receive. I've been on gank roams, in rvb and watch videos or listened to pod casts made by people sponsored by SomerBlink. Did SomerBlink deserve to get the ship?... maybe

Then i read the people doing the SCL also received Ishukone Scorpions, i have never watched that tournament, i might some day. I have no idea who they are or if the tournament is any good, which is why i have a hard time understanding why they was given the ships, i probably would see it differently if i was interested in their tournament.

Personally i think the creator of evemon, eve fitting tool and chribba deserve to be given Ishukone Scorpions, they all make tools which i use on a daily basis, and without would make eve a lot harder for me.

Who would you like to see acknowledge by CCP, as someone doing more for the game then the average player?

Can I have an ishscorp too please? I am an eve player participating and make content. In fact we all are part of the history and legacy of EVE's storied history. We should all get ishscorps for our contribution. The universe is an nasty unfair place but at least we can show the love and give out one of these ships to everyone. Lets not play favorites... This is not the Obama administration.

Voilà. This is the question CCP should have asked the community.

This could have been nice PR for CCP and a public acknowledgment of people that provide content by other means.

Doing it in secret however is bad PR.

Dotlan, whoever is behind that really should get some nice rewards from ccp.

I too feel I should be rewarded for my many feats of content creation in Eve.

Earn isk in game from minimal work and pay for six accounts. Then anytime CCP does stuff you don't like just smile to yourself and remember you haven't paid a dime.

Ps. Command ships blackops marauders should all have unique ship models not reskins.
