Pilots with Good SP looking for WH

Hello me and my friend are looking for an active WH corp, I am posting on behalf of both of us.
Looking for a place for both our Main and Alt characters.

We both have some WH living experience in a C3 and a C6.
Little PVP experience but willing to learn and take place in.
Willing to take advice for fitting that best suits the fleet.

What we offer is:

► Pilots ranging from 26M SP to 54M SP US TZ
► Flexible play time
► Some WH experience
► One main One alt Pilot each in the WH.
► Main pilot one can fly a Loki, Vindi, Mach, Caldari Cruise missile ships, Minmatar HACS, with Tech 2 fittings 41M SP.
Alt being a Tengu Pilot,Caldari Hacs, Scanner Pilot,Caldari Interceptors,Caldari Assault Frigates,Caldari Recon 35M SP
► Friend Main can fly Revelation, Nightmare, Legion, 54MSP
With Alt being able to fly Vindi, Loki, Rattlesnake, 24M SP
► Fleet Experience

What we are looking for is:

► C5-C6 With a C3 Static
► C3-C4 with C3-C4 Static
► Active corp both for PVE and PVP
► Freedom to run our own OPS during slow times from Incursions to WH sites.
► Ability to join Corp or Alliance OPS
► A place to call home and make long term EVE friends.
► A place to learn and grow into better EVE pilots.
