Podded means losing your pod.

When your ship is right about to blow up, start spamming warp out to any celestial. As soon as your ship dies, your pod will warp away. 99% of the time, your pod won't be caught. If it is, it's going to be due to lag.

Why train all the skills again when you could join with your main?

Main is focusing on droneboats and various indy things, sitting in null and would be a huge hassle to get him back every now and then, also the standing-hits would make a huge impact on that character.

This way this character can focus on a different line of ships entirely, without the need to train other stuff on the side to work. :)
Also, having 2 characters with different playstyle makes it easier to set them up different without taking to much time to jump between whatever I want to do.

Why would drone focus be an issue? Drone ships are rather excellent in FW and drones are an important component in the whole gallente lineup.

Sounds like you want to divide your focus in two completely separate areas, in a game like EVE this kind of division will most probably lead to less than desirable results.

Cause you going to mess up you standings to caldari and if you ever decide to go carebear again.. you got a lot of work ahead of you..

You don't need standings for PVE.

Aye, but the biggest issue resumes, im out in null, going back and forth is a bit to dangerous and timeconsuming.
Having restriced highsec areas after a while of FW will even make my null-life hugely misserable, also, alliance and so on.

Since I constant train both I have no real penalty since they go toward different kind of weapons, sure the ideal character would both have good turret/drone skills in the end, but considering its atleast 40+ days left in drone/sentry skills for my "main" until he can even consider different weapons, going 40-60 days purely into frigate/cruisers and blasters on this characer will make it easier and quicker to have both worlds.

Also on a sidenote, I could even sell off one character inthe future if it gets to much of a hazzle to juggle them, or if both ends up with almost the same skills. ;)
