This is what I use. 800 ranged dps, 1200 dps tank serps guristas. MJD. And portal generator. Pretty much uncatchable if you cloaky when people are in system, which you should.

I'm using crystal set except omega and missile imps.

I used a shield tanked sin and a cloak and nullified tengu with a covert cyco to do my nija'ing. It worked pretty well , so I think the widow will also work.
As mentioned in the thread, this is a the easiest and safest way to rat in null if you not part of the sov block. I used a bomber and a chimera also, but many systems are cyno jammed so the cov ops cyno works much better.
Only challenge I see with a BLOPS that uses ammo is you need to be close to a store to buy refills, easy enough to jump in and out.. so not that big a deal.
One important thing to learn is when systems are busy and when they are safe.
Biggest problem these days in null is not the residents, but the afk cloaky neutrals (easy enough to see as they are in local but not in the sov holding alliance). This seems to be a growing style of play in null... hot drop o'clock

Its a pain in the ass with the ammo. I have thrown a few giant secures around where I hunt filled with ammo, have a good 100 mill in cruise out in null now. I'm very careful so I never go near them unless local is completely empty. So far no one has bothered to find them and blow them up.

That shield tanked Sin sounds really interesting. Have an obsession for shield tanking Gallente boats.

What about a Redeemer then if you have issues with ammo?

Redeemer is likely the most difficult Blops to use for complexes due to Armor tanks being much weaker than shield. With shield, you can use Implants to boost your tank. The same can not be done with armor. If you are moving a Blops around in hostile space, you should be using a t3 for bubble proof scouting and covert cyno. Have that t3 be your supply line as well as working out of the many NPC Pirate stations.
