How is this NEW isk being introduces, it's taking AWAY ISK From people if they buy the IW scorps unless CCP spawned some ISK as well.

I do agree that this is blown way out of proportion. But...

I don't think you should stand by this. The point isn't that CCP was right or wrong, it's that CCP made a decision that would obviously anger a large portion of the playerbase without contacting the CSM about it first.

They should've run it by the CSM and come up with a far more impartial way to pick community sites to support.
