Not 100% but acceptable focussed (at least better than 3/4 of the others). 9-10b if you take your time or the right one is searching atm.

My suggestions for you:
Stop the cruiser shizz and train Cybernetics to V

If possible train:
Shield Compensations to IV
Drone support skills to III or IV

This might help a lot to get additional 1-2 bln, always depending on other offers of course, since there are tons of awesome Tengu pilots on sale. She won't be top-notch then but outstanding.
