There are a handful (one each including a function shirt and some gold heels) of new apparel items that someone is also selling for one billion each in Jita. I remember that CCP also did this right before the second wave of more affordable and colorful NeX items went live although I think that they sold for a bit less that time around. Perhaps this will be a third wave of items very soon which may or may not include sleeves (I got all 8 of mine although I foresee the price continue to decline) and the Torch.

Whatever CCP decides is cool with me though since they are vanity items and are a fun way to spend extra ISK lying around. I do find it silly when people complain of the prices dropping especially since CCP has made it very clear that none of these items are limited in any way!
