Concord LPs - Where?

Greets,

Am I missing something ? Looking for "concord" agents for lps for the PI structure upcoming fails to come up with any. In my many travels I don't remember where I got these, (but I do have some, from somewhere)

Are they cosmos?

Are they specific to a faction?

Concord LP are rewarded from running incursions.

you used to be able to run missiosn for concord back inthe day.

but yeah i would say offhand incursions in some way or another.

Or you could buy them from militia FW LP shops at half the price.

Edit: The structure BPC that is, not Concord LP's
