I'm thinking of developing a site that lists the top richest players by ISK and combined asset value. The list would be updated daily. Players would have to submit a limited API in order to be listed. Benefits to players would include bragging rights, and perhaps a forum "badge" with their ranking, current wealth, etc.

What do you guys think? Would it be popular? Would players receive it well? Is it a fun or lame concept?

Fun idea but to be honest I don't think it will get very acurate.
Some people sure will add their api but the richest people don't want to show how rich they are.
Then there are plenty of people that have their asstets spread across multiple accounts.
