Not really focussed well. Have you ever thought about Cybernetics V? I wonder why I see so many pilots with high SP without it. Anyway not a bad char but I don't think you will get more than 16b. Focused on 1 races ships/guns and so on with that many SP would open the doors to the Level V Loverz Club where the big money is and skyrocket the b/o, if you're willing to take your time.
