Not me, I've also seen them in data cans after the first one. I've always been able to grab them though, even if I wasn't able to beat the mini-game the first time...

I'm currently doing sites in Black rise and have yet to see any. If you've never tried PvP in EvE it's quite possible you've missed out on one of the greatest rushes available in modern gaming.

Back to HighSec: Does anybody know in which containers the Talocan/Takhmal etc. Components are? I would assume they are in the Parts containers but can anybody confirm this?

I have yet to understand on where the COSMOS items spawn in. Ive had the Blood Raider Regular Ballistic Control come in every container type so far.

And that is awesome, specially when you find that really rare spawn that you need to build something and you scoop in **** after ****. Isn't frustrating at all.

Would not be surprised if its bugged.
