Vindi is close range TFI is long range with killer damage projection. TFI is way better for PvE with the exception of Incursions, DPS. In PvP you dont generally fight solo in an expensive pirate faction BS because you will get blobbed and BBQ'd.

You're forgetting a crucial thing!

While the vindi can only mount 8 neutrons, the TFI can mount 6 turrets AND 6 launchers.
Since 12 is higher than 8, TFI is obviously the superior ship. Also , the typhoon has two highlots for salvager/tractor beam, so it is clearly the stronger one.

Typhoon and the Vindi are quite different ships. Personally i prefer the Fleet Typhoon as its tankier, bigger drone bandwidth.

1. Vindicator looks amazing, Typhoon Fleet Issue looks meh.
2. Vindicator has a very cool web bonus which might not be as useful in missions but in PvP and Incursions its great.
3. Have fun applying that torp damage.

While this is a troll thread and I feel terrible for posting in it twice now, it's quite fun applying that CM damage along with drone damage in the TFI.

And TFI looks like a giant fleshlight. Thats just plain neato mosquito.
