Same here. Overview, drone bay, cargo bay...several windows are shifting and resizing around like crazy. CCP worries me sometimes.

Due to a different code base this needs a (re-)fix and we are working on it.
Meanwhile if you can let us know what kind of settings you have (snapped windows? windowed/fullscreen? graphics settings? etc.) and under what circumstances this happens and how often, that might help get the issue solved quicker, as it doesn't happen to everyone.

Having this problem on tranq right now. For me, this problem is directly related to "Merge "items" and "ships" in station panel."
I have tested with and without this option enabled a good 10 times and it never fails. Whenever i redock, the "ship" and "item" windows open for a brief microsecond right where my chatwindows are, forcing them up around 15 cm's before they disappear into the stationpanel. When i disable this feature the windows show permanently, i then move them away and the next time i dock the problem is gone.
