Hey I'm very new to this game but I've managed to land out in null-sec with a a brand new station and somehow I am now the person mainly seeding it and keeping it running. I was wondering if anyone can help me out though. I'm trying to keep track of everything but writing it down is just to much for me. Is there any type of tool/spreadsheet I can use to see which items I'm selling most and how often there selling and the profit I am making off them or something along those lines. Whatever you guys think could help me with this venture. I tried to make a spreadsheet but I have no idea how to do it and it was like a foreign language to me. Any help would be very appreciated.

If one doesn't exist, you could always write one up/have someone write one up. The market api can be parsed by inv type to count up how many of each item, then you can decode what items you sold the most of in a given period.

Could even build out some filtering functionality to pull data based on certain dates, and tabulate everything. Could be a fun project if you find a programmer willing to do it.

Considering i only slightly understood what you mean, making that would be impossible for me. I am pretty good with numbers but programming and such is lost on me. If anyone is interested in helping me with this I can pay some ISK for the service. I'm bringing in around 200-300 mill a day here and as soon as I can save up a little more money I will be able to make a lot more considering there is a lot of items I still need.
