I had used this service before, and had been pleased.

The time had come for my Alliance to look into getting a nice snazzy new logo and banner package, So I followed the same process for contracting the pieces to get done with Marne/Dogface Designs.

Unfortunately, this time, I was given a few mails back about being busy with RL stuff and it would get started soon (Which happens, I get it), but when push came to shove, all efforts to contact had been ignored. Money-Back guarantee was not honored as of the time of writing this, and it has been nearly a month since initially contracting with him.

As of this moment, I can not endorse this service due to it failing to meet it's contracts.

ISK lost, fine. But a word of warning to anyone else looking to take advantage of the services.

Kraesk, I most humbly apologize. Unfortunately, I had some pretty major (additional) RL issues to deal with, which I'd rather not get into here. I am dealing with a backlog of emails right now, but will definitely get you your isk back (with interest), mate. I stand by my word, and again apologize!
