Hi, this is slightly unusual as I am planning on making a PI alt with all planetary skills to 5 as well as Gallente Industrial to lvl 4, and Spaceship Command to 3.. No other skills will be placed anywhere. It will be a purely PI character. If someone could give me an idea of value that would be wonderful.

My estimate states that the character would have 5,537,294 skill points upon completion of those skills.
