2 new potentially awesome ships which give a direct buff to black op fleets not good enough for you?

CCP is going to remove Concord.

They just havent anounced it yet.

BoBwins Law: As a discussion/war between two large nullsec entities grows longer, the probability of one comparing the other to BoB aproaches near certainty.

Obviously needs to seek professional help if he gets upset at a normal question. Thats just weird that someone would react like that, its not normal.

TBH I don't understand how these patches may cost $16 millions per year? They look like they cost 1/20 of this sum at best.

I think CONCORD should go rogue and start shooting up low sec and null sec. Shake things up a bit. TwistedPirateBear

I said some big additions or changes (for instance complete sov overhaul that ppl have been asking for)

Teircide has resulted in more pvp than any of the "big changes".

You gotta remember, 16 million in "Research and Development" might have nothing to do with the patches (directly, anyway).

R&D would cover stuff like:
- hey IBM, that new super-computer node you have ... we wants two
- hey nVidia, we have this cool tesselation idea...
- hey cisco/juniper//HP ... we need moar faster switches/routers/firewalls/etc
- whatever else they need to "research" and "develop" (e.g. CREST API, untangling the original code, who knows).

It may also include the expansion work, but it's not solely covering the expansion stuff we see firsthand in May/November.

As for "BIG" changes (e.g. Sov, or wormholes, etc.) CCP has pretty much gotten out of the "Jesus Feature" releases, and have been working since Crucible (2 years now?) on smaller releases that bring the "big" things out in phases (seems about over the course of 1-5 years is their plan now).

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Would be hilarious to see Concord fleets showing up in null sec, and just start shooting things.

This.

People now feel comfortable in PvP as they can don't need T2 ships to feel adequate, biggest change to the game in years

That is more funny then current U.S. politics!

They're literally bending over backwards, and tossing smoke bombs. All to avoid even touching the legacy code.

Because, it's too hard to fix...

I think it would be alot funnier and more tear inducing if they just started opening fire in high sec.

Concord opening fire in null sec reaction: Well this is new....atleast nobody can actually attack us without getting their teeth kicked in by concord.

Concord opening fire in high sec reaction: OMG MY FREIGHTER!!!!! OMG MY FACTION FIT MISSION RUNNER!!!! CCP WE ARE UNSUBING THIS IS NOT FAIR!!!!
