Well the title is wrong it should be Jita congestion thought.
Then caldari space is also somewhat congested.
But that is only 1/4 of high sec space.

So op if you do not like the traffic, here is an idea go somewhere else in high sec 3/4 of it are very non congested.

The solution is simple.

Congestion Charges

Let people pay to get in, and include logging in characters already located inside a congestion zone :)

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.
