That really don't grasp the idea of conflict drivers.

Rubicon looking like CCP has partly given up on shaking up Null until they can sort out the Sov / POS mechanics and gone for smaller scale conflict driver such as the POCO change, new deployable structures (more stuff to manufacture and later go pop) etc

The amount of whine has been rather amazing (well outside the marauder changes and a certain incursion crybaby) that I thing we could see a world cheese shortage soon Shocked

Siphons seem like a great small scale conflict driver! A small group can steal billions of isk worth of product, better watch your moons!

I just hope that they do it right, because if all it takes is for the person to put guns on their POS to stop it from happening, it kinda ruins the whole aspect.

Well what nullsec needs more than anything is more lower scale stuff to do there besides the massive scale warfare (which still works pretty well). The siphon deal is a small effort in the right direction, hopefully there's more to follow. I think people could live with the existing mechanics for a lot longer if the day to day in null was a little more compelling without having to always be in the midst of a winner takes all galaxy spanning conflict.
