Gambling outside of EVE

I have a question.


Lets say you and a buddy made a bet, lets use the dolphins saints game last night as an example. Lets say player A bets player B that the saints will beat the spread and he is willing to wager $50.00 while player B doesnt have the $50.00 but says I will give you 4 GTC plexes. Is that a violation of EULA or TOS, if it is will player B get his plexes back if he reports player A of the violation.

Would you be violating any rules if you setup a 3rd party EVE gambling website that dealt in plexs only no isk and requried a deposit of 1 plex inorder to play?

Assuming when you talk about GTC you actually mean Plex. I couldn't see that there would be any issues with a plex betting site but best to ask the GM's you can request that these sort of Q's get formal answer to it.

Betting for isk on real life sporting events are legal www.eve-bet.com
