i am downloading and installing eve on a laptop, if the wifi goes down will it pick up where it left off like a torrent?

if not is there a torrent for the full version available?

Also its coming down at 150k/s.... i have a 100 meg connection! Is there a faster place to download from?

there has to be a better faster place to download from, its a 5 gig game ffs
