Competition Idea: Player designed CQ

Thought it might be fun if we could get CCP to release the existing art assets for the captains quarters and get players to 'remix' them into upgraded versions of the CQ as a competition.

The winning ones could be included ingame somehow (Purchasable from the LP store perhaps?)
