Just a quick question when I launch an outpost egg and then I anchor it, am I supposed to see the anchoring timer/progression bar under the egg itself or not?

edit: If I deploy the outpost at, for example, planet VII may I still use the relative moons for pos deploying?

There are pages and pages of documentation on outpost deployment, why don't you read them?

Anyway, yes, you can still drop towers in nearby moons. Outposts and towers have nothing to do with one another.

Because I read the evelopedia, the wikia and the Isk Guide but I didn't find common informations. Do you know something about the anchoring timer/progression bar?

Drop the egg and then fill it so its all done just before downtime. Less time for some one to come kill it.
