Looks like some people went very deep on Aurum tokens, they've more or less tripled in price within the last week.

Let's view this from a technical point :


So i read a comment from a CCP dev stating clearly to someones theoreticall question that he was not allowed to say he was the alt of his main.

Knowing this , it is CCP's viewpoint to see your characters as seperate individuals and NOT part of your main character or be it your out of game persona as a link.

So then logically you are NOT allowed to make investments with mynna based on the information you have/had.However if you would use one of your other characters then you should be fine to do so as again technically you are also not 'telling anyone else' about the upcoming changes.I mean how could you tell that to your other character without using words ? Blink

Except for the fact that you actually run with your RL name for CSM (as well as whichever of your charnames you chose)

Now your best bet is to wait for the actual patch notes, dig deep into those, and figure out where the medium/long term profit is.

Trying to ride that intial post-patch spike is always really dangerous, anyway.

Not sure if you've noticed, but a Kronos hull build cost is something like 75% tech 2 only components, 15% minerals and 10% invention costs (assumes no expenses spared on decryptors for obvious reasons). Then those mineral costs are more Pyerite than Trit IIRC.

SOE cruisers will likely use similar amounts of minerals to other navy ships. Not much in other words even if a hell of a lot are built. When I was in the Vexor Navy Issue market, the ship cost was 88% blueprint, 12% minerals; I think it's now closer to 85/15.


I'm lightly invested in Marauder BPCs, but the investment is and will remain light until we see how effective the bastion module is in a range of situations.

On patch day, I'll want to be liquid, ready to ride the big margins on volatile items. War speculation >>> patch speculation anyway.

How high do you think P4's will go, and when will they peak? Currently, I could sell up to 4,000 Wetware Mainframes (not that I have that many) at 1.41mil, whereas they always sat around 1.25mil pre-Rubicon announcement. So they're obviously going up, but how long do you think we should wait before selling?

Broadcast Nodes, Self-Harmonized Power Cores, and Wetware Mainframes use non-stockpiled p3s and will be heavily consumed to make POCOs when Rubicon comes out. On top of that, their production will slow due to CO disruption/war, and be more expensive because of player taxes.

Those things are gonna go up long-term. Easily. Been recommending people get more via buys.

Factory planets outside Jita will be first ones to be taken over by the Goons/Nullsec community.

Not sure why they would do that. Aurum will never be transferable from EVE Online to DUST 514. The new clothes in the Collectors Boxset should remain exclusive to that release so they shouldn't be available in the NEX store.

The tattoo sleeves may be made available via the NEX store before Christmas but I suspect after Xmas or later still. The Genolution III & IV hardwirings along with tattoo sleeves will probably be available as choices of free gifts on the Xmas giveaway along with other options.
