Maybe bit odd question, but which gets me more LP, running lvl 4 missions in system with sec status 0.7 or running lvl 3 missions in system with sec status -0.2?

Why not go speak to the agents and find out.

I'd guess lvl4 in hisec as they pay far too much.

Will speaking to agent reveal LP modifier in some way,? I seriously have no idea, maybe there is some formula to calculate LP rewards, only one i found was where you needed to input agent quality and i`m pretty sure that this have been removed.

Speaking to the agent will show you how much LP they are offering for that mission. There is some variance in the amount of LP different missions give you. But it will show you a 'ballpark' figure you can compare against.

Blitzing level 3s in an Ishtar nets around 50-55M isk (at 2,000 isk/lp conversion) in a .5 system. I will post data when I have free time.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

Hop on sisi (test server) and go talk to the agents to get a sense of the rewards.

confirmed, i get similar numbers in a tengu. combined with the reward multiplier, this would probably end up around 70m/hr in a -0.2 system. a good lvl4 ship will probably net more in a .5 system, but it is not far off.

I should buy an Ishtar.
