(Singularity) crashes on "Login Complete, Processing bulk data"

Ok so title says it all.
Things i tried:
Clearing cache
deleting folder and copy a fresh copy.
checked event viewer
Upgraded my OS as i was using WinXp home.

i do not have any issues on main server as i can have both me accounts open.

System specs:
AMD athlon 64 X2 Dual core processer 4400+ 2.30 GHz
2GB Ram
Nvidia Geforce GT 520 Low profile Edition.
now on win 7 ultimate

I know its an old comp lol
Very strange why it crashes, oh also it ain't just 1 account test that crashes

Things like this bug me lol any thoughts what this could be ?
Also forgot to mention, i had to desub for awhile as i was unable to pay but like day after the auto mirror thing there trying well seemed to work, a few days after it started to crash on both accounts.
i got my second account recently as i brought it of a friend with in game isk.

Ok found a way to get in, i thought about win7 ain't giving me the ask thing to close program so i left for 5-10 mins worked
