Let those who wish to wave their e-peen around do so privately. Not everyone wants to opt in to a kill board. In fact, there are advantages to appearing intentionally weak and pathetic.

I actually know quite a few very hardcore PvPers that intentionally don't post killmails, because they aren't braggarts or kiddies.

Bad idea, IMO.

that's actually half the point.
It is quite nice to have every single person you face severely underestimate you because of your alliance and KBs.

People in Eve only ever communicate with players in the alliance that their Eve-O posting alts are in.
