Hey all,

As many of us Eve Online is just one of many games we tend to play, a friend of mine launched this website a few months back creating a social network site for gamers accross all platforms. If your intersted take a look and register.

Wish I had "friends" who could afford to put together a million dollar website, but why does your "friend" hide his name from Who Is? I also found the gaping loopholes I expected to find from their so-called "privacy" statement. Let's just say that whatever information you give up to this site no longer belongs to you.

Lastly, you'll have to go someplace else with your "friendly" plea to line the pockets of the already filthy rich. Commercial solicitations are prohibited here.

As for the privacy statement it may be worth feeding it back definatley, but as i do when ever signing up to these website, your real dob or name etc is irrelivant, The idea is to just play games....

At least you admit it's a scam site. It's no different than any cheap trolling spam mail which collects your private information and passwords for sale to China, only it's better funded.

You still here? Virtually all scam sites use the exact same boilerplate "privacy" statements. Why pay legal when there's a million of those statements you can cut and paste into your own website for free?

Of course I am still here it is a topic of a link that i shared for people to make up their own mind whether they would like to visit the site or not... I found it fun so I shared. On the other hand we have identified your concerns in this topic and came to the conclusion that you wont be visiting therefore you could leave?

Do the right thing. Admit that you tried to pass this website off as a not-for-profit (ebozavr even assessed its commercial value here), apologize, and take this advertisement down.

Congratulations are in order, however. Both your spelling and vocabulary have improved markedly in the short while since we commenced our little interview.

Even people are that stupid or the don`t care to sine those website. I never use my "real id" even in games a have a nick/nick user that's says that i`m that one butt i`m not. So in general speaking nobody knows who iam even when you can trace my ip its bound on a remote proxy gn computer and not mine. However if in some "special cases" i can give it but just only my real name and not my ID number or that kind of stuff. That's why i don`t use facebook twitter and other "family websites" that claimed to be private. Most of them are not and selling your ID to 3party`s. How you play what your doing where you work enc.... ads ftw?!?

I think the front page is a bit on the self-referential side, and I find it gaudy. the community intel page would make a better initial page......

still, if I played more FPS games, I could see myself signing up.

I would add the RSS if I bothered to get my reader working :-/ the articles didn't seem lame
