It's time for a new Scanner Probes:
- Limited Cov-Ops - Scanner 5% bonus to strength of Cov_Ops probes. [T1]
-Advanced Cov-Ops - 10% bonus to strength of cov-ops probes. [T2]
-Faction like 20%

Key to this is to scan out Cov Ops clocked ships ..
is CCP ready to balance this broking system ..

maybe a new ship for it as well .

I am all for probes that de-clock ships. That way you can make your enemies miss their scheduled ops when they can't see the eve clock. This feature might be over powered but is some what counterable by setting a 3rd party time device to GMT 24hr mode...
