There was a paper done by Professor Edward Castronova of Indiana University in 2006 that found that the 3rd party RMT sites probably cost MMO companies possibly over a million dollars a year per 100,000 players. Earlier this year he revisited the question and he still maintains 3rd party RMT sites cost game companies money. So getting rid of the ISK sellers who work outside the approved PLEX to ISK system is good for business as games with less of the activity are more likely to hold onto players.

I'm not entirely sure what language the OP is using, but if someone can't be bothered to read the EULA, and gets banned for breaking it, then that's their problem, not CCPs and not ours.

What happens to, in or because of other games and the MMO industry at large matters not a jot. Ignorance of or disagreeing with the EULA is not a defence.

presuming that everyone reads it or can read is a falacy that will quantify the player base down to the current hanous pilots that are so prevailing to day . . .
You are correct by definition..
I want the EULA violation to be posted IN-game
right in front of the pilots face...
while the auto pilots forces it to land and the pilot loses it flight licence for an x long time..
the x will insure that the use of banning has an effect..
such as permiting a pilot back after 6 months will teach the person a lesson.
where as presuming every one reads or literate and via that fallacy ban perminity defies the purpose of teaching via banning.
