I've tried using TVitchy two times, and both times given up in disgust. It's a stupid kind of service, compared to YouTube, and it makes no logical sense for CCP to choose to release new material there.

I think they mentioned something about it needing to "spool up", no idea how long though.

so you want less fights? that's all the cyno jammer is causing if it works instantly. If it works on a timer, at least it would prevent escalation while still allowing two fleets to come into contact much quicker. If a fleet is found it makes sense to go directly to them through a cyno rather than going 12 jumps. you should know who can drop in your range anyways if you are in a fleet.

dropping a timed cyno would mean the dropper is saying "we can fight, if you wont escalate". It makes more sense than dropping a jammer and killing only a hotdrop's bait. Don't you want a fleet fight?

If a cyno jammer module is meant to give smaller fleets a chance to fight other fleets, it should have a timer so the fleet can engage without escalation. That or it prevents capitals from jumping. Otherwise, it is just causing both parties to not get a fight, and instead one of them might get 1 kill. Hooray, you ganked something, does roaming around in a gang and ganking 1 guy make you cooler than the people who hotdropped with a similar sized fleet?

Subsystems is a different story, at the moment no the structure will not allow that. Once we do decide to do T3 subsystem refit though, it will affect all fitting services while in space.

What's taking you so long? you added personal hangars to player owned structures. Is it really that hard to add a new structure that will allow refitting?

I played ST: Starfleet Command some time ago, back in 2002. There was really nice mechanism for boarding parties in space, you could take over some ships. Could it be implemented in these new structures, so we can get them, not destroy them? Throwing some militia in the special bays for ship and those structures, and making the surprise attacks, if it would be not sucesfull the structure would be immune for some time to it. What do you think?

It's odd that I've never had any problems using YouTube. Right from the first time I visited that site, back in 2007 or maybe 06, I could get videos to play, no problem at all. But TVitchy just gives me an empty screen and no option to view stuff that was streamed at an earlier time. It's utterly beeptarded.

What's tanking you so long? you added personal hangars to player owned structures. Is it really that hard to add a new structure that will allow refitting?

T3s cannot be undocked unless they have all subsystems fitted. That is they were never intended to be in space with less than all subsystems. Im guessing the game is not coded to handle such a case. All the refitting services from modules require the ship be in space, and thus there is a clash there that needs to be resolved.

I do know what it does in EVE. It shouts "I AM HERE, COME FOR ME AND TAKE MY STUFF" 24/7 even if you only use it 1/24.

Stalkers don't behave like that. But then, this is EVE...
