What do you want to verify there? Just let him set up the contract and see if he puts up a real one.

A person buys a T2 Hulk BPO at great cost.....manufactures Hulks for years making lots of isk......sells BPO for less, as much or more isk so a Rate of return is really a moot point in the purchase because the bpo is so desirable. The only thing the buyer will probably suffer is a indefinate loss of wallet until bpo is resold.

Hulkageddon only raises hulk prices temprarily and any other price increase is only by manufacturing cost increases.
