I see quitre a lot of problems with that, most likely is the cat comming loose before it is launched, causing mayham in the wrong place.

a dual cat/water balloon launcher might be more feasable

edit: Actually there IS a higher mayham level then that. Shower the area first with a catnip-earosol delivery system

No good. Stoned cats can't be bothered to be violent. The waterballoon-cat dual launcher shows evil promise, though, and is worthy of further development.

Speaking of mayhem; If you were to tape a piece of buttered toast to a wet cat's back, you'd have a whirling hover-platform suitable for lightsaber attachment. As the toast / angry-cat system would be rotating at very high speed, your lightsaber would achieve maximum rotational velocity, and should be weaponizable.

Of course, adding a lightsaber to a rotating toast / angry-cat pairing would be gilding the lilly, but hey! Why not?! No such thing as over-kill, is there?
