Pretty much the title folks. 35b or so to throw around for the right character.

you should have most if not all of your frigs, dessies, cruisers, BCs, and BSs V
you should most if not all t2 guns and your support skills should be perfect
you should be able to fly most if not all t2 ships. Logi V is nice, Recon V is nice.


No specific requirements really, I'll check em' out as they come. Mails preferred, but posts work as well.
