He is build and designed to be a boss in WHs soloing C3s like there is no tomorrow.
Simply grab one of the tengus from the saved fits (I used a 705 mil tengu) and get into a WH corp and the isk will start flooding in. Since you can solo C3 you dont need other ppl to make isk. With friends you do C4 instead.
