This is ********, for months on months I pleaded for a mirror and even came to terms with the fact no one cared and you do it when you want. So I finally stopped checking on the server and gave up then you finally activate my accounts with no toons? Then you tell me its ok because i can create one? I come on the test server to test stuff not go through the painstaking process of evolving a useless toon. WTH

This is just bad after all the money dumped into this game..

Yeah, only the account itself is copied - without your characters. Feel free to create new characters on Singularity. We understand, that this is not perfect, but it should be at least better than having no account at all.

I can understand your frustration, but to be fair access to the test servers isn't a right granted by our subscriptions. The test servers don't provide self-monetisation either, so any resources allocated to their synchronisation and maintenance will always be minimal outside of the dedicated mass-testing of specific sets of issues.

For what it's worth, I think CCP Habakuk and the volunteers do a great job with limited resources and in the face of a horde of immature idiots who think causing havoc on the test servers is the height of hilarity (off-topic, please institute permanent bans pretty pretty please). While I might disagree with a lot of the decisions and directions CCP and the CSM take, the test server guys are pure gold in my book. /rant

I do hope this account automation includes characters in the future though.

True, so maybe something like /testcopy to put your character in a queue that gets transferred over at DT. I just don't understand how that takes a Dev more than 15 minutes to set up, but I don't have any knowledge of how they store their files.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

According to a previous post, it's not copypasta, they instead replay your character history to generate your toon. I'd imagine using an entire changelog takes a bit of time.

How long until our accounts that we can log in to, but have no characters to select from get fixed/added?
Is it possible to grant those accounts with some free SP in the meantime so we can continue to TEST!!!

As stated before, you can connect and create an toon, but you'll probably have to wait for a full mirror. Remember Acess at all is a privilege, don't expect all the bells and whistles you get from TQ.

I really do get that it is just a test server but we also pay to get on it in a sense because technically you can't get mirrored on or added unless you pay membership. Not only is it that we pay. They want us to test things on the server but they don't give any support whatsoever other than the very little on the forums. To top it all off they activate a lot of peoples accounts but with no characters, most of us don't have the time to rank up another toon that we will never use in real applications. So we are stuck with no way to truly test anything. It's just frustrating. To top it all off I am losing training time as well as testing time. Maybe one day they will get things straight.

You don't pay for it at all, it's more of a bonus to membership. This is a development server of all things too, technically they're not obligated to give us access to anything but TQ and only TQ, but you know what, they have API's, the test server, and the forums up, at their expense for us. Also there is no support because you don't pay for it.

TL:DR You're not entitled to anything but TQ and support for TQ. SiSi is just a free cookie, don't got asking the baker how the hell to eat it.

If you stop paying for membership you will eventually be denied access to the test server, therefore you do in reality pay for it. I agree it is not necessarily guaranteed but to offer no support to us even when they in-return ask for us to test and provide feed back is not a fair deal. Then the best they can tell us is to create a toon on there like that makes it all better. That makes it pointless, We can not test anything with no toon skilled up to actually test items and such. It's a situation in which they want us to work for them for our money and then in-return provide no support. A slap in the face in certain ways.

The fact remains they want us to test things and give all this feedback on the game but there is no support for us for doing it and we pay. I just don't think it should be months. It will be 4 months on the 10th of October. I came to terms with waiting before they did this. The thing is they obviously put a lot of time into this forgetting about an actual mirror.

my account has been activated but i cant see my characters from tranquility! maybe something went wrong with the mirror?

There was no mirror, instead of spending time wisely and actually doing a mirror they did an automatic mirror test which merely mirrored everyone's account on there but without any toons, you toons will only arrive in there when they do an actual full mirror.
