I am looking for a character with 90m+ sp.

Would prefer all races in t2 ships with t2 weapons and tanks to suit.

All support skills should be trained.

Not really interested in the indy stuff.

Capital skills would be good.

the price for this pilot is 40 billion, but I have a strong preference for a quick sale over long auctions so feel free to make offers

The character will be transferred by CCP rules, she's in High Security space with a + sec status and a 0.00 isk balance. She has a +5 implant set.
