Where is CCP at on these things?

We really haven't heard very much about quite a few of Eve's longer term ideas that are either partially implemented or have been labeled "soon", so could we get some new information from CCP on these. I mean, even if they told us that "Hey, we want to but were getting pretty challenged because of "A" or "B", then at least we'd know. For example:

1 - Walking In Stations/Incarna - While we know it isn't dead and that there appear to be elements about Incarna that are being used for World of Darkness, it would be real nice to hear what their plan is for Incarna and where they are at right now. I personally think its a great idea.. just that it was really badly released and released far too early without any content.

2 - POSes - This has been an interesting issue since we now have between 100-200 pages of posts talking about how nice POSes would be for all different types of reason. Where are we on that?

3 - Sov - Still a hotbed of contention, but this is pretty important in the grand scheme of things. Where is CCP at on this? We know they didn't like the results of the Dominion changes and they made it clear that a change is necessary.

Not sure if anyone has anything else to add or not, so I'll just start with this.

I don't care enough to dredge up the thread (maybe someone else has it handy), but they pretty publicly shelved Incarna/WiS stuff for the forseeable future several months ago. Said something like they have concepts that would work, tested, all of that, but they don't have the resources to develop it fully and properly.

As i understand, this winter expansion, should have something for POSes, but we will know more later today after they make official announcement.
