High sec wradec mechanic question

If i have a toon with a warded flying a Freighter thru high sec and a few WT show up and start going to town on it.

I eject
My alt who is in a NPC corp and therefore NOT wardecced jumps in immediately
They continue to shoot at the ship

Will they get concorded or is the ship already tagged as red at that point?

You won't be able to jump into the ship if it's targeted by anyone.

The ownership of a ship does not change if a pilot ejects from it in space.

Your freighter will continue to die as a WT.

What happens if you immediately drop from the war decced corp once you are being shot at and into an NPC corp? Does the aggression stay or do the attackers feel the wrath of Concord?

1) changing corps in space in order to avoid war aggression is considered an exploit. You *will* get a warning from a GM for that.

2) You can't drop corp in space.

3) Even if you could and did, once they've started shooting you they have aggression timers on you and can continue even if/when you change corps.

If your alt can fly a freighter why not just get him to fly it...?
