Corp C declare war to both corp A and B.

if corp B member is fighting with corp C member, corp A member remote assist corp B member,


Q: would corp A member get suspect flag??

Yes

My experience of this is when RVB decced Eve Uni and blue logi got suspect for repping red corp members visa versa.

How about if Corp A member 'duels', Corp B Member ... would rr'ing still cause suspect flag?

Since corp A is already at war with both B and C, none of that matters.

But since you are obviously talking about neut reps, then as soon as the neut repper begins sending reps, feel free to kill him with fire.
