Hi, I'm searching for a tool for industrial jobs.

I've found Isk per hour that look exactly what I need but I couldn't get it work on wine.

Any one knows any similar tool or how to get IPH work?

I'd recommend looking through https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=topics&f=263

They kind of corner the market on 3rd party tools. Finding one that works on Linux shouldn't be too difficult, look for one built on java and/or web based.
