No, you only pay once per year. Part of the Code requires a bio update supporting it. This is how most of us rank and file knights know who has paid. I wouldn't get any ideas about a fake permit, though...that can earn you some extra attention if you are found out.

Not to mention a potential ban for "impersonating" a code compliant miner.

You obviously didn't read the updated Terms of Service about impersonation correctly. if it worked that way, 95% of EVE would be banned for impersonating honest and trustworthy people.

The character does not represent the views/opinions of its Corporation or Alliance.

My player is very honest and trustworthy. Malcolm Shinhwa not quite as much. Lenda Shinhwa is a right tool who should be shunned in all decent parts of the galaxy.

Would you be banned for impersonating an intelligent human being?

Bla Bla Bla... just bullshit, to extort every miner around and shoot to all who don't pay.

Btw. i'm fighting with New Order so anyone intrested in joining me, send me a msg in game.

This is now a prediction thread. How long until Raymond gives up? I predict 3 weeks.

Two weeks of effort, followed by the clock ticking down on his sub.

He has already closed his anti-NO corp and made a pirate corp, so if you bet the under, you won!

I guess our work here is done then :)

I give up, cause it was extremely boring... (in lo sec i have at least 3 fights per day, and the targets shoot back, this is the fun) when i fight with NO, well...they're just bunch of cowards, running to stations when i just fly in to space with my tiny Rifter. End of story.

Only after you've impersonated a clinically certified psychiatrist/anthropologist or mensa representative ;)

At this point anything new order related should probably be qualified as spam and dealt with in accordance.

In its defense, this thread was almost a month old and Inignort Err brought it back from the dead to make his "witty" comment when there were several other active NO threads he could have commented on.
