Over the time, the major deployments have been made on Tuesdays. My bet would be on 20th of December 2011 for the winter expansion on TQ. I suspect any deployment before that date would not have enough testing/feedback/work and would fail miserably causing another 10% drop of the active player base.

I don't know, I think she may be onto http://www.eveonline.com/en/crucible something with her reasoning there. Especially with all of that untested http://www.eveonline.com/news.asp?a=single&nid=4790&tid=1 code going live all at once and without player testing. I think even http://www.eveonline.com/en/crucible January 1st might be a reasonable timeframe.

As its usually a Tuesday, I'll go for December 20th - especially as I'm on holiday by then (a whole two weeks over Christmas - woot) and will be available to try and log in every 10 minutes then whine of the forums because the patch isn't loaded yet
