No, I didn't follow the links. I don't speak Russian; they'd be meaningless to me.
But...he's using a lot of potentially complex-for-Google-Translate language, and he didn't even include a line in Russian that says "I am saying exactly the same things as before". And since the Russians have felt the need to post in GD instead of the Russian forums, maybe just directing them straight back there isn't the greatest idea.

Plus, of course, not including a translation in a thread specifically about translations is downright ironic.

I am disappointed with the responses from higher up, this is obvious and needs to be changed.

It's not simple.

Translate proper names is mistake also.
