Up to CCP after the first year, I would expect. This is their offer, after all.

As to moving the goal posts, I am not trying to win or lose a competition, this is a debate of merits, and conflicting views deserve to be heard.

Applause for being able to cite your sources (you'd think that wouldn't require special mention, but...). The normal price for a year long sub is ~12/month.

Where did I say otherwise. I pointed out one (of several availiable) situation where dual training is the better option. There are many (like your JF example, depending on what kind of account layout you have) where dual training is not the better option. You pick the better option for your situation.

I respect a difference of opinion, but as I described, this is a debate on the merits being offered.

If someone wanted a freighter alt, a normal freighter might work fine for the second queue system, but a JF right now makes more sense overall to just pick up the special offer.

Anything demanding assistance, be it scouting or a cyno, is still dependent on a second account being involved, whether it is another player or a second belonging to the same one. The second queue leaves this unresolved.

Yeah, for a JF, a second account makes more sense (assuming you don't already have more than one account and don't prefer to pay for your accounts via PLEX). If you already have several accounts, and prefer to pay for your subs via PLEX, it's not as clear.

And? If you need to be able to log in a second character, and you can't already, dual training isn't right for your situation, so you should probably not try to use it to try to resolve your situation.

Once again, you pick the better option for your situation. I don't get why you keep trying to convince me that there exist situations where dual training is a poor option. I've stipulated that, and proving that does nothing to support your general claim that dual training is overpriced.

But if you can't handle your own stuff or you can't even log on like twice a week to eve-gate to read your eve mails about upcoming deployments or moving ops, then you should consider going to an alliance that does not move every 2-3 weeks.

Also I think it is funny how you just publicly said that the corp you are in, Macabre Votum, is unable to help you to move to the current deployment system (which honestly I don't think is true).

Your suggestion about being able to use an offline cyno that you broadcasted seems interesting, but wrong at the same time. First of all you would be jumping to a cyno that you do not have ANY eyes on. The cyno could go down (killed, run out of LO, etc...) in the moment you jump and you will land somewhere in space and die because you're getting probed down and tackled.
Second, EvE is an MMORPG - the second M stands for MULTIPLAYER. Even if you dual box, that is still multiplayer, my point although is that you should work together with the people in your corporation or your alliance.

a personal note at the end:
EvE is a community game that usually rewards if you spent time with your corp mates. Help them, and they will help you. If you're always bitching and complaining and only requesting help, people will get fed up with you.

you forgot that travel fit means get a cloak so you can wait for the next cyno without warping to safes

Obviously you pick the better option for your needs. This is obvious enough not to need repeating, though you seem inclined to do so.

My point, being that a PLEX costs more than a regularly billed account, and dual training offers less options, seems impractical.
