Tranquility not accepting connections?

I am trying to log into Eve, and there is the status: Not Accepting Connections even though there are over 16k people logged in. Anyone else having this issue?

they are kind of unreal ingame they don't jiggle theyre kind of just stuck on.......I'm not saying we want mahoosive jugs but c'mon inject a bit of realism if the game can handle multiple targets flying around then it can handle to joggly boobies floating realistically

If it can simulate moving clothing, it can simulate the dynamics of boob physics! I would also turn the CQ on for this. You hear this CCP. Give in to our juvenile desires and you shall reap your rewards!
