issus on no respondence on window mode

Im using OS X 10.8.4, my client crashes (image suddenly stop moving,no response , still online,) I Force Quit Application on Mac EVE still seems ok (crashed app will display as 'no response' but EVE doesn't ) , force quit and restart it's become fine again.

Full screen mode seems works fine , still testing.

P.S. another issue :
sometimes I cannot open the game after I click 'Login' button on launcher , whole window just disappear and nothing happen


-- i am not using steam , not sure if it will be better i switch to steam EVE client .need some advice
