POS Manufacturing - Can't get it to work

I cannot manufacture anything on my POS.

I have a fueld online POS, online Ammunition Assembly Array, online Corporate Hangar Array. I also rent offices in an NPC station in the same solar system. Both hangars have been auto-divided into 7 Divisions and I have not altered permissions. My toon is CEO and has complete access to all hangars and can add and remove from all hanagars without any problems.

I have tried starting a job with the materials and blueprint in the NPC station and it didn't show any of the materials in the "Accept Quote" window. Both the materials and the blueprints were in the same division of the hangar.

So I shipped all the crap to my Corporate Hangar Array, including the blueprints, and tried again. This time, before I even got to the "Accept Quote" window, it refused to make anything with the message: "The item you are attempting to install must be either in a station or on the floor of the structure. It may not be in a container." Your guess is as good as mine. As before, both the materials and the blueprints were in the same division of the hangar.

So I tried again, materials in the Corporate Hanagar Array, blueprint in the NPC station hangar. As in my first attempt, the materials were not visible at the "Accept Quote" window.

I have all the necessary skills and have successfully manufactured the exact same items using public manufacturing slots in NPC stations.

Please help, as I am ready to stab a motherf****r over this.

Thanks for your time.

Move your materials to the ammo factory and have the blueprints in the NPC station.

Go to the manufacture from the BP, select the ammo array as the place ot make the ammo, select the runs and stuff and the spot for the job. It should work from there. Just make sure you have the Supply Chain Management skill to at least 1 so you can do this from the NPC station, otherwise you have to do it at location and that's just a royal pain in the ass.

The main thing to make sure you are doing right is having the required materials at the Assembly Array for the project you want to launch and not at the NPC station, a corp hanger or any other location other than the Array your intending to use.
